Default How can you tell if your oil pump oring is installed correctly?

Ive been on here for a while discussing my heads and cam swap on my 2002 z06. its been done for a while and now im waiting on getting it tuned.

I had an issue with oil pressure and after installing a mechanical gauge it turned out to be a bad oil pressure sending unit, but im still a little paranoid so i was hoping you guys can put me at ease.

the oil pump is a melling 10295 high pressure. at cold idle its at 60 psi. once it warms up its around 50-55 psi. this is on the mechanical gauge.

if i had a pinched o ring would it be reading this high?
