Great work! Lets see some pics or vids!

Was going to drop this in the original build thread, but I guess I will leave it here instead. The motor passes aren't my fastest, but the base timing is the same as my first 2 nitrous passes. In the second nitrous pass the window switch was set to low so the kit was turning off before my shift point.

Your 1.34 60' looks like your just rollin' off the line. It's gonna be a beast when you turn it up.

The big hex key is 17MM amd you can get it at "VatoZone" spent two days trying to find one....

Thanks, I am swapping the converter this week. Going to get a full run with the 150. I think it will go a 9.6x with a full bottle and the kit on the entire run. I also added an external shift light so I could be a little more consistent. If all goes well I will jet it up to a 200 or a 250. I am really excited about how well this little 5.3 is performing.

Swapped out the converter and headed to the track last night. Didn't get any clean passes, but learned a lot about what the car likes and doesn't. 1st pass was a 1.332 60' and then it fell on its face after the 1-2 shift. Adjusted the tune for the 2nd pass and the track was getting a worse 60 ft fell off slightly but it ran it's best 330 to date. I saw the guy in the other lane heading toward the center and I drifted out of the groove and had to let out before the 1/8 mile. The 3rd pass I got a little greedy on the leave and shook the tires. I will get some video up as soon as I can.

That's what I was thinking, I thought I was gonna see a 2.5 60, not a sub 1.5!!

uraloser2me2 - I'm digging this build and the car looks setup really well, thanks for sharing. Also your build confirmed my feeling that I want to wrinkle coat everything, looks damn good.

Any pics with it all put together with the wrinkle coated covers?

What headers are those? Tube sizes? I was thinking of going forward exit on my S10. Very little space to do traditional exhaust.

They are 1 3/4" with 3" collectors. Basic ebay turbo header. Rock Solid Motorsports makes a 1 7/8" version but they cost more.

Hope to have videos of Friday night up tonight. After looking at the data I really think the 150 shot has a 9.6x. Hopefully next time out I will get a solid run in. Also I know my candles lit 1st run was caused by the engine not being up to temp.

Here is the video from my last track outing. 1st pass was best 60', 2nd pass was best 330, and the last pass it spun on the hit.
