Let's pick me a cam!
2000 ss with 50,xxx miles. I'm going to do some 243 AI ported 226cc heads but now I need to pick a cam to go with my setup.

Fast 78
Ati ud pulley
1 7/8 long tubes

Sorry it is a m6 and I plan on adding a strange 60 with 4.11s. It is my weekend car so not a daily driver one bit. Mainly just cruising maybe a little bit of autocross if possible and I'm sure I'll take it to the track to get some times in.

This would be my advice as well. And it's also excellent advice. I myself have the AI 226 cnc package. Ended up using my existing cam. Would have been a much better idea to just have Phil spec a new grind. It would be safe to say that he knows his own heads best.
