i have ls1 5.7 stock bottom on firebird 01
My setup
- ported ls6 intake
-tb ported
-slp lid
- long tube headers + y + Lm1 exhuast
- 243 ported valve 2.02 1.6
- spring valves 660 lifts
-melling oil pump 10296
- stock gm heads gaskets 0.51

*What pushrods length should be good with this setup?
*what timing chain should be good without changing cover and issues ?

Youll have to measure pushrod length yourself. There is no real formula unless you have unmilled OE heads with a cam and stock lifters. Even then you should measure to be safe.
Ive always ran the GM LS2 timing chain and never had any problems.

About timing chain that no need to change gear ? Only ls2 chain ?

You should always measure for pushrod length, COMP has a good checking tool for relatively cheap. I have always used LS2 timing chains in my builds. LS2 Timing chains are stout for mildly built engines. If there is any wear on your lower sprocket, it wouldn't hurt to swap in a new one.
