Ported LS6 Heads and TR224 dyno #'s
Bone stock the car dyno'd 309hp/320tq with 1k miles.
Now car has 13k miles with the following parts:
Ported LS6 Heads 2.02/1.60 valves 11-1 compression flowing 300cfm by .500 lift,TR 224 on 112 Cam,Ported TB,FLP's/ORP/Flowmaster merge,Corsa,ASP pulley,SLP MA,minor Edit tuning running through a Strange 12 bolt with 3.73 gears.
#'s are 412hp/397 tq with A/F around 12.0-1.
So thats a gain of 103hp/77tq on a weak tune and 12 bolt Idle is set at 850,no engine lights or stalling.
A big thanks goes to Jeff Ott (LS1derfull) for the serious head porting work and valve relief cutting <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
These Heads will really shine with a much more aggressive Cam setup.

Congrats <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
Very similar results with my LS6 heads and a 222/222 cam <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Slowhawk,
Do you think you could post your final flow sheet? Last I remember LS1derfull was still working on the port job on your heads. I'm just curious as to the final #'s he got. Thanks!

Here is a quik flow #'s
Lift Intake Exhaust 28" intake/25"exhaust water
.300 215 148
.400 265 184
.450 282 192
.475 291 194
.500 296 197
.525 300 198
.550 303 200
.575 310 202
.600 314 204
Intake port Volume is 221cc from 215cc,Exhaust is 82cc from 78cc.
LS1derfull ported these to flow for my Cam which lifts to .561,so low lift is more important to me than .600.Exhaust was flowed at 25 inches of water which will show lower #'s.I know there was a reason for this but I forget why.

Slowhawk,
Yeah, I was going to say the exhaust seemed low - but that explains it.
Looks like he did a pretty good job with those. You could definately take more advantage of those with a bigger cam though, although you'd sacrifice some driveability. I'm going with a really big cam with mine in an attempt to get some big numbers.
