Tech ?'s need help plz So, my car now has over 100,000 miles on it, and I have seen posts where people recommended replacing parts of the valve train. ie springs and the rest i have no idea....Anyway what would you guys recommend needs replacing or would be a good idea to look into....Please keep in mind that $$$ would be an issue!! LOL... THX for all the help

Me personally, I wouldn't mess with the damn thing. As soon as you crack that engine apart, the flood gates of problems are going to be released upon you.
