Help, slight knock and bad dyno #'s
Whats up guys, I took my car to the dyno last night and was very dissapointed with my numbers and my dynograph. Last time I went to the dyno I pulled 323/336 with a lid, catback and programmer. Now that I have added an LS6 intake, ported TB, LT's, ORY, and descreened MAF I pulled 330/346, WTF!?! I have a slight knock and was wondering if that might have anything to do with the shitty #'s. Also on the dyno graph at around 5500rpm it drops really bad and very spuratic. A while back I bent three pushrods, but they have been fixed, any ideas?
Thanks
Thanks

I already have a predator basic tune. The knock has been going on for a while, but it was not too bad untill I had my LT's put on then you could really notice it. The knock was also occuring before i bent those pushrods. When the car is cold you really cant hear it untill it warms up. Sounds like its comming from the driverside of the motor.

Not sure what the knock is all about, but from your list of new mods, IMHO you should put a stock MAF back on, and get a real tune with LS1 Edit
Sell that Predator thing to somebody on eBay, they eat that stuff up.
Good luck with finding the knock, not sure but doesn't sound like the type that would pull timing out from the knock sensors. You will be surprised how much HP you will find with LS1 Edit in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. When I first got my long tubes, I saw no gain on the track at all. After a good tune, I found almost 5 tenths and 3 mph.
