For the swap... LS1 k-member, LS1 steering rack, LS1 lid. If the engine doesn't come with alternator, starter, maf, etc, then round up all that stuff too, including brackets. Upgrade the radiator (I did a SLP radiator). LS1 tranny and crossmember and exhaust hanger bracket. You'll have to feed power to the INJ2 circuit on the pcm.
V8 springs, shocks, swaybar for the front. (rear springs and shocks are the same, but the rear sway bar is smaller, so probably upgrade that). A 97 vette fuel rail to tie into the return-type fuel system, or convert the tank and lines to the returnless style used on the LS1 f-bodies. LSD rear would be very useful, if you don't have it already. 1 piece driveshaft, if you don't have it already. V8 exhaust. V8 radiator hose, heater hoses (the fittings are different) - or dremel off the ends and just put regular heater hose and clamps on it... V8 gauge cluster (so the tach will be right, and the speedo will read higher too).

Have you checked out Magnus' site?

http://www.dxsoftware.com/magnus/

I'm currently working on a similar 1994 3.4 to 395. Your conversion will be much easier than mine, but still a bitch
