Default Diamond (or other manufacturer) piston specs?

Does anyone have a PDF or similar of Diamond piston specs? Looking for some pistons for a 408 (4.030 x 4.000), and their website seems to be down. Who else makes LSx pistons? JE, Ross, Diamond, who else? Thanks, Shawn

You may want to consider the JE pistons. With your 4.000 crank the #8 piston will have to be clearanced. JE's will clear the reluctor wheel no problem, but if you get Diamonds then you will have to grind down one piston yourself. I may sell my Diamonds and get JE's just so I don't have to mess with it.

JE's will clear but the forging they use is not that well suited for a power adder. Keep that in mind when buying. The Diamonds with the clearance in them can take a lot of abuse. Both company's make great pistons.

Thanks

Diamonds does make pistons with the reluctor relief already in place.

In my 4.030 x 4" 408, i had diamond do thiers with lowered ring stack, tool steel wristpins and triple thick deck.... If the tune is right they see a 400 shot being no big deal which i cant wait to get to spraying...

I have used both pistons in 408ci buildups. Both are very good options. I have used quite a bit more Diamonds though as their customer service is hard to beat and it is a piston we keep in stock.

Yes, I read that on the internet as well. But my 4.125 LS1 Diamond pistons do not have a relief in place. Kinda PO'd about that.
