Well, I cant get 5.3 heads so 5.7 heads are it.... I called Paul @ thunderracing today, and He's going to get me my TEA SII heads, but what i wanted was 5.3 heads, Since my cores aren't 5.3 heads, I cant afford to eat the core charge. We talked it over and I'm sticking with the 5.7 LS1 heads.
What do you all think about these heads? Is it going to perform as well as 5.3 heads, give or take 7-10 HP. And Im sticking with the 230/224 cam with this as well. Will this package give me a noticable HP/TQ increase over my current setup with stock heads? Also what size valves are in the TEA heads, and are they double valve springed with the SII setup?
