What are the specs on the Stock Cam?

What are the specs on the Stock Cam? Could anybody tell me what the stock specs on a 1999 Z28 LS1 Cam is?
Because I talked with Brian at TEA, and he said he could set me up with Stage 1 Heads and a small cam that specs at 214/214. He said that size cam would be perfect, because I don't want to haft to do any PCM tuning. Also, do I haft to have Headers before I do Head/Cam work? I'm wanting to achieve 370 rwhp and I think the Head/Cam combination would do the trick. Just enough to scare the locals, because I think the car would prob. be really loud considering I have a SLP loud mouth exhaust. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
