For ls1(5.7) heads milled .030 - what compression?
I have the 5.7 ls1 stage II GTP heads milled to .030. I was wondering what compression that would be and I currently am running the B1 cam specs of 221/221 .558 on a 114lsa.
If I want to go more aggressive on the cam, how high can I go considering the p/v clearance. I'm thinking I will have to clay it now matter what.
One of the cams I'm looking at is the TR224 on a .563 with a 112 lsa. Any other ideas??
thanks,

You should be at 10.8:1 with a .030" mill. Also I will have a Tr224 cam available in the next week or so if you are interested.
