Something is not adding up right between the LQ4 and LQ9.
Are the heads differant on them also? I thought the only differance was the pistons.
4.00" bore
3.622" stroke
71.06cc chamber
.060 gasket
4.100" gasket bore
-.008 deck height
-6.6cc piston
9.38:1

OK
I feal stupid the LQ4 has 9.4:1 I thought it had 9.1 and things just were not adding up.
Give the new numbers this is what I have.
4.00" bore
3.622" stroke
61.15cc chamber
.060 gasket
4.100" gasket bore
-.008 deck height
-6.6cc dish
Giveing me a 10.4:1 CR
but I have plenty of room for milling.
Next question is how much can I mill the heads before I have issues with the intake manifold.
I think I can only mil it .030 if so I think that will bring my CR up to 11.3:1
Can I mill it amy more than that?
