Car wont crank . .

Car wont crank . . Sometimes it will crank on the first try sometimes i try 20 times and it does nothing, but make a clanking sound.
I was thinking it was the Starter Solenoid, so i go to napa and discount auto and they both dont carry one. wtf
It has a new battery and starter
