Default does this sound right

i made 390 rwhp and 351 rwtq in a a4 car. the mods i have are stage 2 ls6 heads ported by west coast racing cylinder heads, 212/218 .522/.529 comp cam, lt's, bbk throttle body. now i was thinking about changing the cam because i want more power if so which one would you go with. and is the cam i have now the reason why the numbers are so low

I'd say that the cam is holding those heads back, certainly. Get a bigger cam (like maybe something in the 230-233 duration range) get a good tune, and then dyno again. I'd say you'd probably end up hitting close to 420 rwhp then, depending on the tune.

Are you running the stock converter? What cat-back?
You definately need a better cam to make use of those heads. You also definately need to give a lot more information before anyone can make an honest cam recommendation. If you are on the stock converter get a nice 3500+ stall converter first. Then shop for a cam.
If you want advice on the cam to get tell use what converter you run (or plan to, if stock right now), what you use the car for, how much of the potential you want to get out of it on the track, if you mind driving a large cam on the street, etc.

i would suggest a tci or yank or even a built midwest converter 3600-3800 for your heads, as well as either a F13 or 14 Cam. Then you will be making alot of power. With a good tune, it will drive just like stock.

That is open to interpretation. As close to streetable as possible but with what conditions? What is "streetable" to you?

I personally wouldn't go any smaller than something like an FM14. I like my Magick Stick v.3.

Are you dead set on a vig3200? You could go higher to match a nice, big cam.

We need more info on heads. What valves, mill etc....
When you get into a case where you have heads allready, the best way is to get a "CUSTOM" cam designed specifically to maximise the head potential and fit in your motor without additional fly cutting etc...

If you want to pass smog in cali then you should stick to a 224 cam. I would go with a 3500 converter also. If your running a flowmaster with cats your loosing a good bit of power right there. I just tuned on an F13 cam with a 3500 stall and drivability was pretty good. I just don't think it will pass smog.

Im with blkZ28spt. Wouldnt go with anything smaller than a FM14. I would definately drive my Magic Stick as a Daily Driver if I needed to. Get it tuned right and you shuold be fine with as big of cam as you want. These computer controlled cars make it MUCH easier to make a daily driver/track car.
