Default Question about internals, 5.7 and 6.0 blocks

I know the answer is probably no, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I have pistons and rods to build up a 346. The block that they were supposed to be in was bored to 3.905. Would it be possible to use these parts in a 6.0 iron block? Turns out that after the block was bored and honed and ready to assemble , they noticed a small crack in it by one of the head bolts, were it would be possible for coolant to leak.
Well anyways, would the parts fit? I need a block asap, and it might be cheaper and easier to find a iron block, so I am consdiering all options. Thanks in advance.

You will need new pistons since the LQ4 block has a stock bore of 4.00" and the whole rotating assembly will need to be rebalanced.

I'd just look for a cheap used block, or you can buy a new one. I wouldn't go with the iron block.
