Default Car Runs like crap, HELP!

Last October, I threw the a/c belt which in turn tore the fan belt off, ruined the a/c tensioner pulleys and ripped the a/c line. With the weather being like it is, I decided to get the air fixed. Put new line in, new pulleys, had a/c charged, beautiful. Car runs like s#$t. When you start it you better have your foot on the gas or it's going to stall. When your driving and you come to a stop, push in the clutch and the rpms drop to the point it wants to stall. Now it was running like s#$t before, but it didn't stall. Before, when you started it, it just chugged and finally after a few minutes it would idle somewhat normally. Also, the stalling happens only with the a/c on. Does anybody have any ideas what this could be. Oh, and I haven't thrown a code since I took the car out of storage back in April. Hook the a/c up and boom, there is that SES light. I haven't checked it but I remember last summer on occasion when you turned the a/c on it would throw a P1101 or something like that. Anybody have nay ideas?

I'm thinking it is in the tune.
And definately get that SES checked out.
If it is P1101 then it is mass air flow sensor related
Someone correct me if i'm wrong....

Somebody here had the complete list of OBDII codes a month or so ago. I though I saved them, but they must be in my laptop at work. You need to know what that code is first.

You can look up the code here, you just need to fill out the form first.

FWIW, i recently did a cam swap on a buddie's 02 Z28. we discharged the AC unit while doing the install. afterwards we ran the car without AC for about a month and it actually ran ok for not having a tune. after we recharged the AC the car ran like complete crap. it would stall and surge a lot even with the AC off. after he got his car tuned all was good AC on or off.

so, something with charging the AC unit must change the way the car runs. maybe the pulley puts drag on the motor even with the unit off. i don't know, but you situation sounds just the same.
