From what I have seen N20 cams usually have more ex. duration than int.

There is a HUUUGE difference between a TR224 and a T-rex. I take it you want to step up from you 224 to one of the big/huge cams? Without knowing hardly anything at all about your car, setup, wants/needs and tolerabilities I would vote for the MS3.
