Has anybody recently changed out your cam bearings? Looking for an old set to mock-up and test something. Bearing condition is irrelevant since they won't be run in a motor (although squished flat wouldn't exactly work )

Call a shop that does a lot of builds like MTI, LME, WTW, etc. Although a new set of cam bearings is only about $25.
