Default T-Rex cam/ stock bottom end??

Im considering buying a 99 SS camaro with a bunch of boltons/ T-rex cam and 100 shot of nitrous from a member on this board and just have some questions about the cam. I remember reading a while back on the cam, but the cars got stock bottom end and heads, what are somethings I should consider upgrading before something breaks??
I think I remember someone saying to get better rod bolts. his car dynoed 441rwhp cam only, what do you guys think some ported heads would net me in HP.. lets say some Patriot stage 2 LS6 heads or something?
should I invest in some new rods/forged pistons?? or should stock be ok for a while.. cars got 60,000 miles I do believe.
thanks

car should be fine as long as it does have upgraded rod bolts.
