New cam regrind specs. Question on performance Buddy took my old cam and had it reground. They guy at the machine shop did it to a ( all this was on a index card) 288 duration 550 lift 58/1 in 1/58 out if this makes sence??? they have alot of cams and I lookes like a brand new cam. Is is bad to install this on a stock block. w/1.8 rockers and will it be a good runnung car or not even worth it. To install?? And what kind of power is he looking at all free mods airlid. all bolt ons and and auto?
