Crankshaft ????? Need some advice.. I have a rod bearing that went out. U don't here the noise until u get a little over 2K.. Do u guys think my crankshaft is messed up any. Or just need to replace bearings.. Any opinions would greatly be appreciated......

yea, i have a friend that just got his LS6 with all Comp goodies (FAST throttle body 90MM,FAST intake90MM,custom cam,springs,pushrods,ect.,running in his 31 Chevy and had a rod bearing failure you could just barely hear when you revved it up,just a little (whzzz) when you rev it, right when it happened,put it on a trailer took it home tore it down Good bye crank could have been turned .040 (maybe) but who wants to go that far.my advise stop driving it before something really bad happens and its too late to fix.Let me know if i can help you make it better than it ever was before.
