I just have a few questions about crank runout...
1) Is crank runout how much lateral movement the crank has, right?
2) What is a safe range for the runout? Is less/more better?
3) How is the amount of runout determined? Machining, main bearings, crank itself?
4) Can runout be adjusted, or are you stuck with whatever it is?
5) Is a dial indicator used to measure crank runout?
