I am wanting to get some suggestions for what I should do to my car in the next few weeks. I am having trouble deciding between two choices:
Install TR 224/224 cam and upgrade valvetrain, 3500 fuddle stall, TSP dyno tune
OR
Keep stock internals, a 3200 stall, NX wet kit and TSP dyno tune. cam it when its not the DD
I can't make up my mind, any suggestions?
Also, I already have LT headers and TSP true duals and this is my daily driver which I take to the track a few times a year and I will be going back to college in the fall. Whichever one I don't do now I will probably do once it isn't my DD. Thanks

It depends on your total goals. Driving a cammed or better yet H/C LS1 is a awesome experience. The TR224 and 3200-3500 stall is a damn good combo that will be very fun to drive everyday. Will also be very fast with very good driveability as long as the tune is good. Reliability is not too much of a concern. If your looking for all out speed then the Nitrous route will make you faster than the cam only setup. When done correctly it's a very safe way to make power but it does produce massive amounts of heat and will eventually take it's toll on your ringlands. This is all a question of variables as to how much you spray, supporting mods and the condition of your shortblock.

Thanks for the help guys. Looks like I'll be starting on the cam/valvetrain swap thursday afternoon. I can't decide though if I should get HP tuners or get it dynotuned at Texas Speed. With HP tuners I can always go back and retune the car if I get Nitrous.
