Default head bolts or studs??

im going to be running a forged 346 with a trex, heads, and a 200 shot of gas, which would suit my application better?

I'd definitely say just spring for the studs. They're really better all around. And well worth it if you plan on pulling the heads more than once - easier clean up, and less wear and tear on the block threads. I went with the bolts for a mild H/C setup, and kind of regret not going with the studs. The bolts are fine for what I need them for, but I know if I ever have to pull the heads again its going to annoy the hell out of me, and then I'll probably spring for the studs.

But with a forged setup, big H/C and 200 shot I'd think even from a reliability standpoint the studs would be superior for that kind of stress. They should provide much better clamping.
