Default Cam question- required seals, gaskets etc

Planning on picking up my f13 from futral soon and i was wondering if this package they offer is required?

"2 GM Valve Cover Gaskets, 2 GM Water Pump Gaskets, GM Crank Bolt, GM Timing Cover Seal, GM Timing Cover Gasket"

could i just use my existing seals, gaskets etc?

i've done over 80 cam installs and the only thing you NEED is waterpump gaskets in a 98 LS1(they come with paper gaskets).
many people will tell you other wise. but i don't replace a gasket unless it needs replacing. no sence in throwing $$$ away.

I just did my swap and the only gasket I really needed was the water pump ones because my car is a 98. The rest of my gaskets looked exactly like the new ones. I changed them anyhow since I had paid for them. I also used a new crank bolt.
