tsp 5.3's or tsp ls6 $899 heads for 224 cam? I'd like to order within the next couple of weeks. I'm leaning towards the ls6 heads with the 918 spring upgrade. I'm running a 224 .581 114lsa single pattern cam with my setup.
Anyone running or used to run a combo like this?

I would go with the 5.3's for the smaller intake runner 227 vs. 237 LS6. Have you considered the Dart 205's TSP sells? They would be my choice for that cam.

I chose the TSP 5.3's for the small runner with my TR220 cam. I was looking for a small volume runner with excellent mid-lift flow. I think the TSP 5.3 runners were in the 218 range. I really paid little regard to lift over 0.500". The TSP 5.3 heads or the AFR 205 were the best at the time I was looking at heads.
I think (my opinion) the TSP 5.3's were the best value at the time.
