Torque specs for ARP 1/2" head studs?

Torque specs for ARP 1/2" head studs?
Anybody know what the correct torque is supposed to be for ARP 1/2" heads studs with 12 point nuts using ARP assembly lube? This is for an iron block with aluminum heads. TIA

Call ARP, but I believe it is 3 passes. 30ft/lbs, 50ft/lbs, & 70ft/lbs. Tq sequence is on ls1howto.com ARP gives different instructions as to how to Tq the studs down. Their method is tighetening them down, then going 90 degrees and then another 45 or 90 sequence. I don't exactly remember, but it is in the instructions with the head studs.

I called ARP, they say for 1/2" head studs using their assembly lube and 12 point nuts the correct torque is 95ft/lbs for an iron block and aluminum heads. I just wanted to see what anyone/everyone else is actually torqueing them to.

On the aluminum block, I used 70 lb-ft. If ARP gave you that number, and you have the lube, then use the number they gave you.
One hint, I found that you need to figure how much wrench swing it will take to get from one step to the next and then plan accordingly so you aren't too close to your target torque and then have to stop and move the wrench. If you are close, then you won't reach the torque value because you won't overcome the static friction to get the nut moving again. Hope this makse sense.
