For a second I though there was a new cam called the "witch cam", but then I realized you're were asking which cam to go with.

What are you going to do with the S10?

Which, not witch and whole, not hole.

If I were choosing a combo for a non daily driver street/strip car I would go with a ~4,000 rpm stall speed converter, 4.10 gears in a strong rear end and a large cam....probably something the size of hte new MS4.

Be sure to tell the converter company you plan to spray it.

Also: Read the stickies and search!

By stock intake do you mean an LS1 intake manifold?

If so I strongly advise you to pick up an LS6 intake before installing the cam and getting a tune.

My car gained 42 rwhp with an LS6 intake manifold, SLP underdrive pulley and dyon tune. The LS1 intake was severely restricting the engine (with MS3) in the upper RPM range.
