Engine F'ed Big rainstorm here in SO Cal. Flooded streets. Went through a dip that was too depp. Sucked water into engine. Had the car towed home. Took out the air filter, soaked. Leaking oil. Cracked block on passenger side. Hopefully Insurance will pay to fix. We'll see tomorrow.

Yeah I have Comprehensive. Think I could get away with installing the 408 from Mizfits? What would I need to upgrade from my stock LS1 to make this work (i.e. intake, injectors)?

Well insurance has decided to total the car. So I will take the check from them and get me a new Silverado. Not exactly happy about not having my car anymore or having a car payment but, **** happens.
