Default reverse split cam

exactly what is a reverse split cam. i was reading up on it and i think i understand it. its like just reverse rite. like instead of a 224/230 cam its a 230/224 cam. do these cams add more power by any chance, i heard these cams have more bark and more lope to them is that true. cuz my mind is still up in the air on which cam to go with in a couple months.

Usually the reverse splits are a bit more torquey down low. It is all a matter of opinion for the most part, but we have been very happy with our reverse split MTI X1 (230/227 112LSA)...

That is a good point. Here is our dyno, cam/bolt-on, without heads or an UD pulley:

388 rwhp/ 386 lbs/ft
