Texas Speed True duals with 18" Bullets (comes w xpipe) $499
Lid ($120)
Cam (includes pushrods, rockers, timing chain, oil pump, lifts) $500
clutch (depending on what clutch) $400-900

BTW ls1 engines can hold whatever you give em, but id say you be just pushin it if your over 550.... once your around there id be looking at getting some better internals

and if I had to choose from one of your choices I would say either choice 1 or 3... I like turbos on Ls1's.. Not only do they sound badass on them but theyre also good power adders. However, there are many things you should do before doing a turbo...
You need to give the turbo room to breathe (headers, lid, exhaust)
Feed the beast by giving it a cam
Make sure you have traction by throwin on some tires
If your going to be lauching get a rear end/clutch
Maybe throw in a little giggle juice into the mix N20, if you know what im sayin

Get a nice tune!
and then when you can afford it turbo it
