Default spring question

got 853 head stock everyhing with 89k miles will it be ok to change jsut the spring to 918 when i put my comp cam in 228/232 .588/.574 or is there anythign else i need to change?

Lol! But you said besides springs
You can use a stock retainer on the 918. I run the titaniums on both cars.
