If I get this cam with afr 205s what will my engine be able to Rev up to?

That's kinda hard to predict, considering that even if you tell the things that you can answer, you can't answer all these, since tune is a complicated variable.
What intake? Throttle body? Stock rod bolts? What injectors? Tune?

There is a guy that posts alot in the multimedia section with a NBM SS that has a G5X4 with a forged 347 short block, tea ls6 heads and fast 90/90 setup. I think he spins his to 7100 or so. I wouldn't push more than 6800 on a stock short block(that has upgraded rod bolts), but thats me.

Your A4 trans is not going to deal well with the rpm potential that cam has, unless you're prepared to soend some $$$ in upgrades. Stock shift points are about the max on a 4L60e.

Is there any other engine internal upgrades needed when spinning up to the 6500 to 7000 rpms mark?
