Just changed my rod bolts, questions i just got done shanging the rod bolts on my 2000 ls1. i put in kateck bolts. when i pulled out the stock ones, and i couldn't find the ferrels. i pulled off the caps and still nothing. did i miss something. i just want to make sure before i get the motor back in the car. thanks

my 2000 had them.They were kind of tight on the bolt and i couldnt pull the bolts out without the ferrels.If you didnt see them and they werent on the bolts when you pulled them out then you didnt have them
