Default Best Blower Cam? And stroke idea?

Well, like my previous post, I'm building an LSx engine for my 69'. Now after a lengthy talk and some thinking, I believe a twinscrew/roots style blower setup will be better for me. The car will weigh in around 3800 lbs. I'm thinking of leaving the 4.8 crank (3.27 stroke), using some SCAT 6.125 rods, and a 3.898 bore. It'll be about 312ci and be quick revving and high revving, and with lets say a Kenne Bell it should build boost quick to make up for the loss of low end torque of the shorter stroke, but will move in the top end as well. I'm trying to figure out a good camshaft for this setup. Will the MS3(4) work well for a blown application, of the G5x3? I'm thinking these cams have been making 400+rwhp with decent heads, so add that with 10psi+ of boost and we're looking at an easy 550rwhp. Does this sound probable? Should have awesome street manners too. Also looking at the TR split pattern supercharger cam. It'll be in front of a TKO600 and a Chevelle 12 bolt with 3.42's
