Question if i rebuild a LS1 or other motor...

what are the must change parts if i rebuild a LS1 or any motor? how much is the stock crank going to be able to hold hp wise? should i replace main bearing caps as well?

thanks

Ls1 stock cranks will hold a ton. some have made 1000hp on them. Get forged rods and pistons and call it a day

Build a whole new motor and do it right, don't be cheap. You will be much happier.
