I have a cam sitting here that I can't read the numbers on. They are stamped but they go into the center of the cam and I can't really read 2 of the numbers.

I think it's a cran b/c it starts with 14??506 and has 99F below it.
I think it's 144?506 or 141?506

Can anybody help?
