Cam engravings? Who ground this?
I have a cam that is supposed to be 231/237 .575 .575 112LSA. I pulled it out today to find out who ground it figuring that if I can find that then maybe I can find the specs for sure on it and get the cam card for it. It does have numbers engraved on the end of it that look as though they were engraved by a regular hand engraving tool. The numbers look like this and are oriented just like I am typing them:
3719R/3705R HR 112
E R
Y8903
Can anyone tell me anything about what these mean? I assume the 112 is the LSA. If I cant figure this out im just gonna send it out to a cam doctor. Thanks guys.

Great I called Comp and gave them the engravings off of it and they had the specs in their database. It turns out to be 232/236 .575 .578 112LSA 112 ICL baby XE lobes
Comp is da shiznitt today, high speed low drag. Thanks NoMoreFWD
