wow.....that's like asking how much gas mileage will you get....and you haven't even bought the car yet!
Not trying to be a smart ***, but porting heads (and the measurable results) involves so many variables from type/extent of porting job, to who is porting, to how is it measured for quality and consistency across all ports, etc, etc,. And that's not including the bigger variables outside of the heads: type/size of intake, cam, and exhaust. I see you are running headers, so that answers one of the variables.
Perhaps if you gave people with the expertise (experience) additional concrete information, such as:
1. Who is doing the porting? You or a professional porter?
2. How much porting is being done?
a. Bowl blending?
b. Short radius?
c. Intake/exhaust runners?
d. Combustion chambers?
e. Gasket/port matching?
f. all of the above
3. Are you going to use the stock cam?
This is the short list.....
If you have done any in-depth research and/or searching through prior threads, you can see there are various "stages" of porting, and that those who have a "stage" that you are shooting for will give some consistent results that you can have as your goal.

USed heads can be a real good deal some times depending on who's they are. Dont buy 241's to do it yourself, either. Your just wasting your time and money at that point. Buy used ported 5.3 or ls6 heads that are TSP or TEA or PP. Best bang for the buck under total investment of $700.

We can CNC your stock heads on our 5 axis CNC machine, or if you are looking to get a set of CNC'd LS6 Stage 1 heads I can also work out a good price for you on those. Feel free to PM or email me with any questions.
