Lifters...
I am going to be installing a thunder cam (nearly identical specs as the trak cam) I was wondering what the best lifter would be for this cam? Im running comp 921 springs and comp 7.400 pushrods, stock rockers. Any suggestions? Will the stock 25k lifters hold the beating? (Car has had a smaller 224 cam since the odometer read 500miles! lol Please any suggestions i have heard so many different stories id just like some facts to back up anything....!!!

Best $$ can buy = Morel, Better tolerances, heat treating, materials. Hold up a Morel to others and you can visually see how HD they are.
Others to check out would be the Caddy racing lifters, or stock replacements, or Comp replacements.

There is nothing wrong with stock lifters. I've never heard of anyone having any issues with them. Now you may want to look into doing something about the stock rockers tho. They have been known to spill their bearings out of the blue. (Do a search and you'll find pleanty of info about them). You could have searched for lifters too and found the same info we are repeating again for you here

Search doesnt work for me, it always times out?! But i know about the rockers and thats on the "long" list of things to buy (it keeps getting longer!) But the lifters i have read that because of the smaller base line circle you need a taller lifter? Im goin to do the best thing and call thunder right now lol But keep the opinions coming! I learn something new everytime i make a post. i.e. The cadillac lifters are new to me...

Stock lifters will hold up fine. But if you want to upgrade to the ones that the Caddy racing team uses on the CTS-V Trans AM Series cars they are the new and improved for high RPM operation lifters .. Scoggin-Dickey has them in stock..there was a thread on here a couple of weeks ago discussing them...
