Default 6.0 Cam Decision?

What duration of cam would you guys go with out of the 2? 236/242 or 242/252 both @0.50. How much hp increase would I see with these instead of one in my signature? The cam in signature made great power with my ls1, but everyone says go bigger with the 6.0.

366 cubic inch, ported heads, usual bolt ons and everything in his signature. the smaller cam will run/drive better, it will keep the rpm's down somewhat in his power range and have an overall better hp/trq curve. in my opinion from what i have seen and done, these engines don't need a terrible amount of duration to make big hp.
