i pretty much have the same current set up as you and was wondering like you if i could go w/the Torquerv2 to get more hp/tq out of the Patriot Performance heads and my other mods. My only concern is if i would have to fly cut the pistons, to avoid any touching of the valves to the pistons as a possible results of the valve angles being different from stock Ls1 or stock Ls6 heads. Make sense? hopefully we can get our questions answered...

my current cam specs: Comp 224/224 .581/.581 @112lsa

what is the power band for the 'high lift' version? it this a peak numbers cam or and under the curve power cam like his current cam? basically is the cam felt around 2200rpm or up over 3000rpm? thanks

Why not just see how you like your curent cam with your new heads. Then if it isnt enough do a cam swap. Your no where near the cam when your swapping heads so it isnt as if it makes sense to swap cams at the same time. Head will wake up youcurrent cam.
