Looking for a cam only setup from TSP, similar to Patrick's torquer cam
Is there a camshaft from TSP that would do well as a torquer cam, as opposed to a high HP cam? after searching, I don't see a lot of information about TSP cams and high torque numbers. I don't want to have rev this thing to the moon either...anyone have any good luck with their cams in this regard?

TSP can get you a custom cam as well. I just ordered mine through them. I basically got a comprimise between Patrick G torque cam and the Torquer V3. I went with a 227/234 LSK/XER .641/.598 w/110 LSA +2 deg. We'll see how it works with a set of their 5.3's soon.

I think that if you are wanting the feel of patricks torquer cam(228/232) I think that the 228r would be your best option. All of these other cams that people are listing are not bad cams but i dont think they are what you want.

My first post in this thread The dyno was through the Magnaflow cat-back, and the 1/4 was through the cutout. Aside from that, everything else was the same.

By they way, I have all this stuff ordered through TSP...

Yeah, if I had to do it over again, I probably would've gotten a cam more like that one, but don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with this one. Cam doctor spec'd this cam out to 224.0*/228.6* .641"/.646", 110.1* LSA. Just found that back in one of my old posts.

I am confused... you have a torquer cam already?
I am running the original Torquer cam, and I love it. Im sure alot of it has to do with the tune, but I have beat alot of cam cars with different cams. (233/239, torquer 2, f13, etc...) If I was to change it I would get the torquer v3 or one of the new futral high lifts.
