GM's service manual states a production main bearing clearance range of 0.0008 to 0.0021, with a service limit of 0.0025 inches. The manual goes on to state the rod bearing clearance is 0.0006 to 0.00248, with a service limit of 0.003. Your ring gaps are also correct, for production motors.

Keep in mind this was production motors, Different companies will require somewhat different specs, moreso with the rings.

I think you should always check the Service Manual 1st. Everything is very well documented.
