TSP Head Owners-Come in i was just wandering how long it took you guys to get your heads from TSP when you ordered them....im not trying to bash them i was just trying to get an estimate on how long they will actually be.

Right now we are about 7-10 days back on heads. We are running our machines around the clock with another CNC on the way. We are running as fast as possible. With a 7-10 day back-order and allowing for shipping time, we should be able to have you heads in about 2 weeks. We are upfront with any back-order times and DO NOT charge customers until their parts have been shipped. Mine always made it in a few days, 3-5 I think usually...
Also I'll say that when I had a problem with one of them, TSP went the extra mile and overnighted me one....doesn't get much better than that....
Some of the best customer service I've ever seen...
