Default Anything I am forgetting for H/C install?

This is what I have, should be everything...I've just never done a head or cam install before.

Meat and Potatoes
62cc Patriot heads
230/234 custom cam by Patrick

Valvetrain
7.400" Pushrods
.040" Cometics for 3.910 Bore
GM LS series camshaft lifter kit
ARP head stud kit
ARP rod bolts

Other Gaskets
2 Water pump gaskets
Crank Seal
Front cover gasket
Oil pump O-ring

The Rest
N-Motion Adjustable Timing Chain
ASP Pulley with belts
ARP bolt for pulley
30# SVO Injectors
Katech ported LS6 pump

At least it seems like it should be enough.

Rockers? Do you plan on doing the drill mod to the lifter trays? What does the lifter kit include? I was thinking of going with LS7 lifters myself.

Be careful on the rod bolts. Some have had issues with bearings after they get torqued down. I second the extra fluids for the radiator & oil change.

Curious about the lifters you chose. I went with the LS7 lifters for my upcoming installs. Never heard of a lifter kit.

Did you get some new lifter trays? Not really necessary, but theyre cheap, and the LS2 versions are beefier.

I notice you didn't say valvesprings, so I'm guessing they're already on the heads? You might want to replace your valve cover gaskets depending on what condition yours are in.

Don't know what that drill mod is.

Here are the lifters everyone is asking about.

I've got Nittos and a 10 bolt right now....I'm a bit worried. I won't be able to afford the 9" for awhile. After that comes some Bogart RR RT's for the street and track.

My engine is out of a 99. The stronger rod bolts didn't come until 01 and 02. My set-up should make decent power top.

I was too at first, spinning through 1st and into 2nd is the key to my survival. It's been 6 months and 2 track visits and I haven't broke anything

Oooh post more insight.

What do you launch at?

I figured it would be safer to not floor it from a stop. I planned on waiting until it hooks then flooring it.

I got those lifters in, and the box they come in says AC Delco...

Does that sound right? I was expecting them to be made by GM or GM High Performance.
