Default SDPC2000 forged block? PPL who stuck with stock cubes inside...

Was doing some searching last night and saw that scoggins dickey has a nice 346 forged assembled shortblock for ~2800. Anyone here running that? Seems like a real nice option. I know bigger cubes are not much more, but then there's the issue of new cam, new heads, etc. etc. I'd rather just carry over most of my stuff but into a nice new forged block and throw spray on it. Any thoughts on 346 vs. BIGGER?

for the small price difference, I would go bigger and re-use your stuff. That way in the future you don't regret it

346's are more disposable than the bigger motors. Stock blocks, cranks, and cams that were designed around stock cubes can be had for cheap.

Stock displacement has a good bore:stroke ratio.

Cool thanks. If any bigger I'd just like to go mild so that i can use the L92/L76 combo.
