Question LS1 bolt size for engine stand

Guys with the search engine down on the site I havent been able to find this out. I know there was a post on here that told what bolt sizes and lengths to use when putting the ls1 on a stand. Does anyone know this info or have the link to the thread? Thanks in advance!!

The thread size is M10 x 1.5 but the length will depend on the particular engine stand you are using. Just add 20mm to the depth of the engine stand mounting arms for ample thread engagement.
Make sure to use washers under the bolt heads to avoid having the bolts pull through the arms of the stand.
Good luck!

Thats right....10mm x 1.5 Just make sure you get a couple washers in case the bolts you get are a little too long.

I bought slightly longer bolts and a small handful of washers, i put each bolt in till it didnt want to thread any deeper and used 1 extra washer then what was left as slack in the bolt. I wanted to have as much thread engagement as possible with my heavier iron block.
