Default pulled out head need suggestion

sup guys,

I did a leak down test, 2 cylinders were 70 percent (LS1 01 Camaro).
The leak was coming from the exhaust valves on those 2 cylinders.
Squirted some oil on the 2 cylinders it remained 70%.

So I pulled the head out and this is what the pistons look like.
Carbon build-up see Pix.

My question is do I need new pistons or not?
I took pictures of the worse ones?

My plans are building the motor around 450whp/450 wtq.
I am doing a lot of search on head and camshaft package, hopefully
I can acheive the amount of power that I am looking for.

Thanks in advance.

Brake cleaner, plastic ice scapper, rags and elbow grease.

Have to bring every piston to TDC

Permatex Gasket Remover works better than anything else I tried. It literally causes the carbon build-up to slough off.

I just finished cleaning my pistons and I used WD-40 and fine scotch brite... they cleaned up like new and it was not very hard to do.

You do not want to use scotchbrite it contains AL oxide the dust from the scotch brite pads can cause premature wear to your bearings and other areas of the motor! Another vote here for permatex gasket remover.

Looking at the pictures is the build-up bad?
